Blue marlin release flags were flying high yesterday on the Morehead City waterfront as both the Fishing Partner and Bill Collector came by sporting their blue marlin releases.
“This is exciting for everyone who is watching to see what the local captain’s are catching”, commented Tournament Director, Crystal Watters. “When you see the release flags begin to appear, you know the Big Rock is right around the corner!”
Registration has begun with a current total of 10 boats pre-registered. Though this is a small percentage of the final total, it is actually 5 boats ahead of registration last year during this time. See who has registered by clicking on the “Participants” button on the left.
For more information on registration, contact The Big Rock office at 252-247-3575.
